Checklists
The checklists below will help you determine what you need with you when you attend a lab.
FSA ID Checklist
Students, parents, and spouses (of student or parent *if applicable) need their own individual FSA IDs.
If already created, log-in to and verify user and password are correct.
*Note: not completing the FSA ID 2-3 business days before trying to file your FAFSA application may prevent you from completing the FAFSA application.
Items Needed for FAFSA Lab:
鉂 Your social security number and your parent's Social Security number, Date of Birth, and email address if you are providing parental information
鉂 Your alien registration number if applicable
鉂 Federal tax information or tax returns including IRS W-2 information, for yourself (and spouse, if you are married), and for your parents if you are providing parental information.
If you are filling out the 2024-2025 FAFSA, you will need 2022 tax information.
鉂 Records of untaxed income, such as child support received for yourself (and spouse, if you are married), and for your parents if you are providing parental information
鉂 Information on cash; savings and checking account balances; investments, including rental properties; and business and farm assets for yourself (and spouse, if you are married), and for your parents if you are providing parental information

Loan Requirement Checklist
鉂 Your verified FSA ID login information. You must be able to access your FSA ID to complete the Entrance Counseling and Loan Agreement/MPN.
一分快三 Online Services Checklist
鉂 You will need your 一分快三 ID: Your nine-digit 一分快三 ID number located on your 一分快三 ID card, and PIN: Default/temporary pin is: An uppercase "H" + lowercase "cc" + the last six digits of your 一分快三 ID number. For example, if the last six digits of your 一分快三 ID are 123456, your password would be Hcc123456.
